Don Lehmann, a former pastor of Sioux Falls, was not sure why he felt depressed and sad during the holiday season, but improved over the holiday travel in Arizona. His wife encouraged him to seek help and since he was diagnosed with seasonal affective disorder, he found continued success with various treatments (including light therapy).
